If You Value Your Rights

If you value your Rights and want to keep them, there's something tangible you can do to keep them. Sign this petition and pass it on to everyone you know, or put it on your own blog. Whether you own guns or not, this issue is going to have a huge impact on defining your Rights vs. the power of the government for a long time to come. You could even write to your elected officials and ask them to support the petition in whatever way they can.
If you sit on your thumbs and let this go by, don't come crying to me when the Jackboots come kick your door in. For once, make your vote count on something infinitely more important than American Idol.

Fun With Words and Pictures

I am a huge fan of Despair, Inc. and their self-proclaimed Demotivators, which are brilliant parodies of those cheesy motivational posters you see everywhere. I have been telling people about them for years and have used them as wallpaper on my computer at work and at home. Well, they have recently added a new feature that is tons of fun: a page to create your own Demotivator!

So far I've only done a few, but I like to think they're pretty funny.


That's five .44 Magnums through one ragged hole at 25 yards by Yours Truly, bitches. And no, there was no sixth that missed completely, because I only shoot five out of habit.

Finally, the former Tammy Faye Bakker looked as ugly on the outside as she was on the inside, just in time to die a horrible death from cancer. Hopefully, a similar fate awaits all the other God Whores out there, fuck them in their cancerous colons.

My apologies to the folks at Special Olympics, who did not give me permission to use the name of their fine organization for my Demotivator, but I used it anyway. It's easier to ask forgiveness than permission, but I'll take the poster down if they object. Fuck Bush, if he doesn't want people like me calling him a cunt, he shouldn't act like one.
